Beef-Style Fig, Walnut and Pomegranate Salad 2019

Ingredients
 1 box Fry’s Thick Cut Chunky Strips
 Bowl of mixed lettuce
 3 medium figs, cut into quarters
 1 large pomegranate, deseeded
 1 cup walnuts
 ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
 ¼ cup sesame seeds
 Fresh rocket
 Balsamic vinegar, to serve

Fry the Strips for around 8 minutes in a little oil in a pan.

To make up the salad, place the Chunky Strips, figs, pomegranate seeds, nuts and seeds on top and around the fresh leaves. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar!
