Ingredients
 ½ box Fry's Korma Curry Pieces
 Red onion, chopped
 B-Well Canola chilli oil
 Mushrooms, chopped
 1 tbsp green curry paste
 1 tin coconut milk
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 Broccoli and kale leaves, sliced
 Serve with brown rice with chia seeds (optional)

Method

Fry the chopped onion in the chilli oil. Add chopped mushrooms and the Korma Curry Pieces. Flavour with green curry paste and salt and pepper.

As soon as the vegetables have some colour, add a tin of coconut milk and simmer.

Serve and enjoy on brown rice.
