Lebanese Inspired Burgers

Lebanese burger

 2 Big Fry Burgers , defrosted
 30ml of oil for cooking
 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
 1/4 cup lemon juice
 40g baby spinach
 100g hummus
 2 fresh buns
Cook the burgers:

Heat 30ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan.


Add the defrosted Big Fry Burgers and reduce to medium heat.


Fry for 9 minutes, turning occasionally

Assemble the burgers:

Add the burgers to buns and top them with hummus, baby spinach, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, the juice from the lemons and parsley leaves.


Add the top of the bun and enjoy!
