Made with our Plant-Based Home Style Burgers, it’s got a crispy, familiar crumbed ‘chick’n’ bite with sweet bursts of fruit, crunchy onion and creamy smoky mayo. Ingredients

  • 4 Fry’s Plant-Based Home Style Burgers
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 red salad onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 thin pineapple slice, halved
  • Seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • Mayonnaise, to serve (use vegan mayonnaise if preferred)

Method

Burgers

  1. Cook Fry’s Plant-Based Home Style Burgers according to pack instructions until golden and crisp. Air frying works especially well for a quick, even cook.
  2. Stir smoked paprika through the mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Slice burger buns open and spread a generous spoonful of smoky mayo onto the base of each bun.
  4. Add the cooked burger, then top with sliced red onion, diced mango, pineapple, and a spoonful of pomegranate seeds.
  5. Finish with the top of the bun and serve immediately, or allow to cool slightly before packing for lunchboxes.
