Made with Crispy Fry's Polony Bits and Creamy B-Well Mayo
Fry the chopped onion in some canola oil then add the cubed Polony with some chilli oil and margarine. Fry until crispy. In a separate pot warm the cooked samp, beans and lentils with some water. Add some chopped coriander and salt and pepper. Add a spoon full of margarine and mayo. Cook until combined. Add dairy-free cheese and stir until combined. Combine half of the cubes into the mix and stir. To serve put in a bowl and top with the rest of the cubes.
Using a peeler peel some polony strips and fry in canola oil.
Make a sauce with the mayo, chilli oil, lemon oil and mint.
Serve on the side as a snack or with your orzotto.
