 2 package Big Fry Burgers, defrosted
 2 tbsp of oil
 4 fresh buns
Chili Garlic Mayo
 ¼ cup Hellman’s vegan mayonnaise
 2 tbsp cup ketchup
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 cloves of garlic, minced
 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional)
Sesame Slaw
 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
 1 ½ tsp lime juice
 1 tsp sugar
 1 tsp sesame oil
 2 cups shredded cabbage
 1 cup matchstick carrots
 1 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped (chives, basil, cilantro or parsley)

Method

Whisk the mayo, ketchup, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and sriracha together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar together until the sugar dissolves, then add the sesame oil, cabbage, carrots and herbs, tossing until mixed well.

Preheat a large skillet, over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add the oil and then the burgers, searing each side for 4-5 minutes.

When done, keep the lightly browned burgers in the pan, but remove from the heat.

Serving Ideas:

Build your Asian Inspired Big Fry Burger with a dollop of chili garlic mayo spread across the bottom bun. Add a burger patty followed by a generous portion of sesame slaw, followed by a bun to finish it off.

Tip:

You can make the chili garlic mayo and sesame slaw the day before and simply refrigerate overnight.
