Big Fry’s Bahama Burger

Yields4 Servings

 2 packages The Big Fry Burger, thawed
 1 Tbsp olive oil
 4 hamburger buns
 ½ cup mango, diced small
 ½ cup pineapple, diced small
 ½ cup cucumber, diced small
 1 jalapeño, deseeded, chopped finely
 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped finely
 ½ lime, juiced
 *or your favorite jar of tropical salsa (no judgement here)
Burgers Garnishes:
 1 avocado, pitted, sliced
 8 pieces Bibb lettuce
 4 lime wedges

For the Salsa, Stir mango, pineapple, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro and lime juice together.


Preheat a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the oil and burgers, then sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Now you’re ready to serve.

Serving Ideas:

Build the burger by placing 2-3 avocado slices and Bibb lettuce on the bottom bun. Next, add the burger patty and a generous portion of salsa. Add a squeeze of lime and then place the bun on top.
