Buffalo Chick’n Nuggets with Vegan Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
 2 packages Fry’s Chick’n Nuggets
 2 limes, quartered
 2-3 large celery stalks, julienned/cut into smaller pieces
 1 bottle of your favorite buffalo sauce and/or vegan BBQ sauce
Blue Cheese-Style Dip
 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
 2 tbsp white vinegar
 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp chopped chives
 1 small lemon, zested and juiced
 Salt and pepper
 ½ cup firm tofu, crumbled finely

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Blue Cheese-style Dipping Sauce:

Mix all the ingredients, except for the tofu, in a medium bowl, whisk until smooth. Season to taste and then add in the crumbled tofu. Mix well and serve chilled.

Once oven is pre-heated, arrange the frozen nuggets on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping them once, halfway through.

Serving Ideas:
