Freshen up your family pasta night with our fresh take on a classic! Ready to serve in less than 20 minutes.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
 1 jar of marinara sauce
 1 package Fry’s Pea Protein Grounds
 1 - 16 oz package spaghetti, cooked according to the packaging

Tip: add some fresh herbs, vegan pesto and vegan parmesan for toppings!

Method

Boil a large pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to the packaging.

Preheat a large, non-stick pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan along with the Fry’s Pea Protein Grounds and cook for two minutes, then add the marinara sauce and optionally fresh herbs.

Reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving ideas:

Serve the Bolognese over cooked spaghetti and top with vegan pesto and parmezan.
