Boil a large pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to the packaging.
Preheat a large, non-stick pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan along with the Fry’s Pea Protein Grounds and cook for two minutes, then add the marinara sauce and optionally fresh herbs.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the Bolognese over cooked spaghetti and top with vegan pesto and parmezan.
