Pancakes with Maple Mustard Breakfast Links

Pancakes with Fry’s Breakfast links are the perfect way to start your day! Delicious treat for young and old and full of plant-based proteins.

Ingredients:
Maple Mustard Breakfast Links
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 1 package Fry’s Breakfast Links
 1 package Vegan pancake mix of your choice
Optional Garnishes
 Blueberries
 Toasted coconut shreds
 Vegan butter
 Vegan whipped coconut cream

Add the maple syrup, Dijon mustard and garlic powder to a medium bowl and mix.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat; add a splash of oil and pan fry the Fry’s Breakfast Links for 5-6 minutes.

Add the syrup mix to the pan and fry for another 2 minutes to glaze the sausages.
