REMOVE FROM PACKAGING
Frying Pan: COOK FROM FROZEN. Heat 15ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan. Add the Boerie and reduce to medium heat. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
BBQ / Braai: DEFROST BEFORE COOKING. Prepare your fire and when at low heat, place the Boerie on the grill, turning every 2-3 minutes for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
