Vegetable Protein (20%) (WHEAT, SOY), Onions (5%), Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Seed), Dijon MUSTARD (2%), Corn Flour, Flavourings (Coriander, Sugar, Salt, Savoury Flavour, Garlic, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger), Thickener (Methyl Cellulose), Smoke Flavour, Beetroot, Plant Fibre (Bamboo), Paprika, Cilantro, Black Pepper, Parsley, Turmeric, Colourant: Caramel IV (E150d).

Cooking Instructions
COOK FROM FROZEN. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Flat top or griddle: Brush the burger patty with oil on both sides and place on the flat top or griddle. Fry for 10-15 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Frying pan: Using a non-stick pan or a pan sprayed with spray and cook, use 15ml of oil for one burger. Add the patty to the pan with oil on MEDIUM heat and fry for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally. THESE ARE GUIDES ONLY.
