Vegetable Protein (23%) (SOY, WHEAT (GLUTEN)), Vegetable Oil (Coconut Kernel), Potato Starch, Flavourings (MUSTARD, Onion, Savoury Flavour, CELERY), Maize Starch, Sea Salt, Thickener (Guar Gum), Colourant: Paprika and Red Iron Oxide.

Cooking Instructions
COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FROM PACKAGING. Frying Pan: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Boil or Steam: Place hot dogs in a pot with half a cup of water. Boil for 5-6 minutes. Turning once. THESE ARE GUIDES ONLY.
