A BLEND OF WHEAT PROTEIN, POTATO STARCH AND PEA PROTEIN SEASONED WITH MIXED HERBS.

Cooking Instructions
COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FROM PACKAGING.
Cook in Frying Pan: Heat 30ml oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Add the mince and fry for 5 minutes, while stirring, add 45ml water to the pan and fry for a further minute. Add seasoning to taste.
