COOK FROM FROZEN. DO NOT MICROWAVE. Flat top or griddle: Brush the burger patty with oil on both sides and place on the flat top or griddle. Fry for 10-15 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Frying pan: Using a non-stick pan or a pan sprayed with spray and cook, use 15ml of oil for one burger.
