Simple Swops for meat-free Bolognese 

 

 

Ingredients

A BLEND OF WHEAT PROTEIN, POTATO STARCH AND PEA PROTEIN SEASONED WITH MIXED HERBS.
(For allergens see ingredients in CAPS). WHEAT Protein (GLUTEN), Potato Starch, Pea Protein, Parsley, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Colourant: Caramel IV (E150d).

Cooking Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FROM PACKAGING.
Cook in Frying Pan: Heat 30ml oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Add the mince and fry for 5 minutes, while stirring, add 45ml water to the pan and fry for a further minute. Add seasoning to taste.
