Afternoon Snack Platter with Dip

 1 box Fry's Chicken Nuggets or Fry's No-Meat Balls
Mustard Maple Dipping Sauce
 1/4 cup vegan mayo
 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
 1 tablespoons maple syrup
 1⁄2 teaspoon grated garlic
 pinch salt
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
 1/4 cup vegan mayo
 2 Tbsp creamed horseradish
 1/4 tsp paprika
Sticky Soy Dipping Sauce
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 2 cm piece of ginger, grated
 2 Tbsp maple syrup
 2 Tbsp soy sauce
 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Hummus Dipping Sauce
 1/2 cup hummus
 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
 1 Tbsp water
 salt and pepper to taste

 carrot batons
 cucumber spears
 mixed nuts
 baguette slices
 mixed cherry tomatoes

Cook the Fry’s Nuggets or No Meatballs for 6-8 minutes over medium heat in a frying pan or air-fryer until crispy on the outside and cooked through.


Prepare one of your favourite dipping sauces by combining the ingredients.


For the Sticky Soy Dipping Sauce, place all ingredients into a small pot and boil for 5 minutes until slightly reduced, stirring to ensure it doesn't burn. Allow to cool before serving.


Assemble the snack platter with chosen fruit, vegetable and other accompaniment options alongside the Nuggets or No Meatballs and the dipping sauce.
