Crafted smoked sausage, bean and olive casserole

CRAFTED-SMOKED-SAUSAGE-BEAN-AND-OLIVE-CASSEROLE

Ingredients
 1 packet Fry’s Artisan Mediterranean Sausages (6 x 50g), each cut into 3
 15ml (1 Tbsp) oil
 1 onion, finely chopped
 5ml (1 tsp) crushed garlic
 1 tin baked beans
 62ml (¼ cup) green olives, halved
 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 Cooked rice, to serve

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.

Add the Sausages and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients, turn down the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.

Serve with cooked rice.
