Easy Veggie Samoosas

 1 boxFry's Meat Free Mince
 ½ onion, chopped
 1 tomato, chopped
 Samosa Pastry
 Garlic to taste

Sauté onion, chilli and garlic until softened and combined. Add the Mince and cook for a further 8 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and simmer until heated through.


Allow mixture to cool and spoon into the samoosa pastry. Heat oil in a heavy-based pan. Deep fry samoosas until golden brown.


Serve hot. Too easy. Too good.
