Made with Crispy Fry's Polony Bits and Creamy B-Well Mayo
Fry the chopped onion in some B-Well canola oil then add the cubed Polony with some chilli oil and margarine. Fry until crispy. In a separate pot warm the cooked samp, beans and lentils with some water. Add some chopped coriander and salt and pepper. Add a spoon full of margarine and creamy gourmet mayo. Cook until combined. Add dairy free cheese and stir until combined. Combine half of the cubes into the mix and stir. to serve put in a bowl and top with the rest of the cubes.
Using a peeler peel some polony strips and fry in B-Well Canola oil.
Make a sauce with the tangy mayo, chilli oil, lemon oil and mint.
Serve on the side as a snack or with your orzotto.
