Heat the oil in a medium sized pot and fry the Fry’s Traditional Sausages until browned. Remove and set aside a bowl.
Place the onion, garlic and red pepper in the same pot and fry until lightly browned. Add all the remaining ingredients and the sausages, bring the pot to the boil with the lid on for 7 Minutes
Place tea towel inside your Wonderbag. Then take your hot pot from the stove and place into your Wonderbag. Place the Wonderbag lid on top of the pot and pull the toggle to tightly seal and leave to cook for 120 Minutes
Serve with crusty bread, pap, rice or delicious savoury mash.
