Make your own sausage rolls with an easy Vegan Coleslaw. Easy to whip up for a summer afternoon!
Roll out the dough and slice into strips.
Roll the dough around the Sausages and put on a baking tray sprayed with B-Well baking spray. Sprinkle with some garlic oil and chilli flakes. Bake until golden brown - about 10 to 15 Minutes
To make the slaw, slice the cabbage in thin strips combine with chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, mayo and oil. Stir together and serve with the baked sausage rolls
